我们现在已经搬到山上住4000比索一个月的房子了 是另一个房东 4000比索一个月的房子 包水电 因为房子里就一个灯泡~ 所以想多放一个家电 比如电风扇 房东就要加一个月200比索的电费 如果是大功率加500比索 挺好~

这似乎是很多菲律宾人的真实想法 他们也是把移民当做转变自己人生的一种重要渠道~ 当然很多是靠着嫁出去 但是我们房东的儿子是一个真材实料的学霸 据悉是在美国的罗格斯大学毕业 一度要去华尔街上班 据说年薪起步就是10万美金~

不过他的父母非常反对 觉得去华尔街上班 不如在家躺着幸福 直到去了他家的party我们才知道为啥~

原来我们的房东不仅只有租给我们的一套房 而是还多套 经过他的具体介绍 加上我天赋秉异的心算能力 我觉得还真是上班不如家里躺着合适~

在杜马盖地 房东有3套联排别墅 共计22个apartment 租金一个月大概30万比索 在amlan 有两个联排别墅 共计8个apartment 租金一个月大概8万比索 在San Jose有两个带院子的别墅 和一个联排别墅 共计3个apartment 租金一个月大概8万比索 在Tanjay有一个联排别墅 共计3个apartment 租金4万比索~ 这些加起来一个月收租就有50万比索 差不多7万人民币 约合1万多美金~

所以真是感叹 为啥不让他儿子在华尔街拼命奋斗了 有啥必要 累死累活 虽然钱挣得多些 但是命估计也要短些 还不如家里躺着收租合适 久居签证也有了 想去美国随时~

房东叫过他儿子 和他说 让他 和我们一起去抬一个因为台风倒在路边的树干~ 然后告诉他儿子 记住我和你讲的 三个人干活 不要真卖力 但是要表现的十分卖力哦~ 然后给我使了个眼色 意思是让我看看他儿子懂不懂~

等房东和他儿子交待完 我们刚刚围住那个树干~ 我看他儿子还真是听他老爹的话 那抬树干不真卖力 又装出很卖力的样子 而且能连续表演3分钟不停 嘴里都是“哎呦” “诶！” “嘿”的感叹声~
